A 50% fee of the scheduled service cost will be charged for any cancellations / rescheduled appointments made less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time. No shows will be charged 100% of the hours booked for the missed appointment. If you are starting to feel under the weather in the slightest, it's best to go ahead and message me to reschedule before that 24 hour window to avoid charges, and I can try and fill your slot with another client.
